HTSCongo specializes in the construction of water and sanitation facilities.

For schools, HTSCongo builds:

Latrines and drills wells. We begin our work in the community by helping schools or health clinics with their water and sanitation needs. Schools and rural health clinics are respected, permanent community institutions and are our partners to building effective relationships with the  community.

For rural health centers, HTSCongo builds:

Sanitation systems. It is hard to imagine a medical facility without a source of clean water. In the DR Congo, health centers often lack water, sanitation or a system for disposing of medical waste.

For the general population:

We are working hard to make accessible, abundant safe water a reality, while teaching the benefit of proper hygiene and sanitation. In addition to drilling new water wells, in cooperation with our partner Clean International, we run a program to restore broken, worn out pumps to good service at the rate of 15 pumps per month. This action alone benefits thousands of people every month.
